Galley

The galley runs back along the corridor to the aft cabin, creating a sizeable work area that is safe and easy to use at sea. There are enough lockers, drawers and partitioned bins to cope with all the usual utensils and crockery. The gimballed cooker with oven and grill has a crash bar to keep you from falling onto the burners. A short return contains two deep sinks. The original cool box was deep, though not well insulated, and on this boat it has been replaced by a large, front-opening fridge.
