As nice as a teak deck is, it’s not cushioned and it adds weight. Wässerdek is a self-adhesive EVA foam that has cushioning properties, making it ideal for cockpits and bathing platforms.

The foam is available in almost any colour and can be customised to your requirements. Prices start at £150/m2, which includes custom logos, names or patterns in the foam.

It’s available in a variety of textures and, because it’s self-adhesive, once you’ve supplied a template you can fit it yourself. The decking is UV stable and has some give in it, so whether you’re after some areas of padding for you knees, back or behind, or fancy a coloured deck for your yacht or her tender, this decking could be the solution.
