Out of all the gloves we tested, these had some of the best protection, with neoprene across the knuckles and padding on the thumb, heel of the hand and palm. The thickness didn’t compromise breathability, with vents on the three full fingers of the glove.

Silicone print inside the glove on the palm helped with grip, and it was well ahead of the pack in the coefficient of friction test, coming third.

These are solid gloves, with two-stage Velcro closure at the snug neoprene cuff. We did find the fingers to be slightly too long, which let it down during the intricate tasks in the dexterity test.
