Nine trophies were awarded for the Cruising Association’s (CA) latest Log Competition. The long-running annual event dates back to the 1920s.
Alan Kohler’s family cruise log, which includes a voyage of just 200 miles, was among the highlights for competition judge Cathy Brown. Forced by COVID-19 restrictions to abandon his plan to take his grandchildren through the Crinan Canal, Alan took them day sailing, entirely permitted within the rules. The Hanson Cup went to James Littlewood for his entertaining Netherlands cruise account.
