■ We used apps/websites including: meteo.hr and windy.com for twicedaily forecasts. The Mysea and ACI apps are advised for reservations

■ We chose to prepay fuel to avoid having to go via Trogir on the final morning. No regrets, as it was one less thing to worry about, but we used less than a quarter of a tank

■ You need a valid skipper’s licence to charter in Croatia

■ Always choose to take the optional paddleboard!
