I was a milk lad. At the age of 12 I was told by my fa­ther that I would be help­ing de­liver milk as he was a self-em­ployed milk­man. Al­though at the time I can’t say I was overly happy to do so, I can now see that it gave me an ex­cel­lent work ethic.

If you weren’t in your cur­rent po­si­tion what would you be do­ing?

I would like to write and pro­duce mu­sic for TV and film.

What was your worst mis­take?

I wish I had learned to play the piano at a younger age.

What is your ideal day away from the of­fice?

I like to spend the day in my lit­tle record­ing stu­dio that I have built up over time at home.

Name one per­son you would most like to have din­ner with and why?

Film com­poser Hans Zim­mer. I would love to dis­cover his process of writ­ing and scor­ing all the amazing movie sound­tracks he has done.

What was your best sub­ject at school?

I re­ally en­joyed PE.

What are your hob­bies?

I love to write and pro­duce mu­sic.

What would you do if you won the lot­tery?

I would like to think I could en­sure my fam­ily and close friends could be fi­nan­cially se­cure.

What’s your favourite item of cloth­ing?

A scarf I in­her­ited from my late grandad.

What is your favourite time of day?

I like to go out run­ning at dusk. I love to watch the sun set­ting.

What would you like your epi­taph to be?

I just hope peo­ple re­mem­ber me as some­one who tried his best at what­ever I did and that I was al­ways ready to help if I could.
