Positive Cashflow Finance, which provides invoice finance for small and mediumsized businesses, has expanded its operations into Yorkshire, with the appointment of a new regional sales director. The boutique finance provider, based in Manchester, has appointed Danielle Winfield to expand its client base across Yorkshire, by identifying viable business opportunities, both with SMEs directly and via intermediaries. She is Leeds-based.
Independent chartered accountants BHP has expanded its forensic accounting and risk services team with the appointment of Emma Oakley as a senior manager. Ms Oakley joins from PwC and is a chartered accountant with 10 years’ experience having previously worked in both audit and forensic accounting where she latterly specialised in disputes surrounding merger and acquisition activity.
She will support BHP partner Tony Chapman in her new role.
