Pos­i­tive Cash­flow Fi­nance, which pro­vides in­voice fi­nance for small and medi­um­sized busi­nesses, has ex­panded its op­er­a­tions into York­shire, with the ap­point­ment of a new re­gional sales di­rec­tor. The bou­tique fi­nance provider, based in Manchester, has ap­pointed Danielle Win­field to ex­pand its client base across York­shire, by iden­ti­fy­ing vi­able busi­ness op­por­tu­ni­ties, both with SMEs di­rectly and via in­ter­me­di­aries. She is Leeds-based.


In­de­pen­dent char­tered ac­coun­tants BHP has ex­panded its foren­sic ac­count­ing and risk ser­vices team with the ap­point­ment of Emma Oak­ley as a se­nior man­ager. Ms Oak­ley joins from PwC and is a char­tered ac­coun­tant with 10 years’ ex­pe­ri­ence hav­ing pre­vi­ously worked in both au­dit and foren­sic ac­count­ing where she lat­terly spe­cialised in dis­putes sur­round­ing merger and ac­qui­si­tion ac­tiv­ity.

She will sup­port BHP part­ner Tony Chap­man in her new role.


York­shire­based Har­vard Tech­nol­ogy, a pioneer in smart wire­less light­ing so­lu­tions has ap­pointed Gary Lynch as Chief Ex­ec­u­tive Of­fi­cer

(CEO). Mr Lynch joins Har­vard Tech­nol­ogy in its 25th year fol­low­ing re­newed in­vest­ment by a group of in­vestors. Mr Lynch said, “I am de­lighted to be­come a part of this pi­o­neer­ing and highl re­garded com­pany. Har­vard Tech­nol­ogy’s R& D in­vest­ment has en­abled it to re­main a mar­ket leader for so many years as it con­tin­ues to launch state-of-the-art prod­ucts. We will build on this rep­u­ta­tion.”
