Subscan UDS invests in sales team to meet targets
A FAMILY-run business is investing in its sales team and infrastructure to help meet its growth targets.
Subscan UDS Limited, which is led by managing director Roy Mason, has been delivering utilities, drainage and surveying services for more than 22 years.
Today, Subscan employs more than 85 people, including six members of the Mason family.
Mr Mason said the company planned to continue working closely with its existing client base while moving towards a more “direct delivery approach” for clients. Subscan UDS has secured five, long-term contracts, with social housing clients in Yorkshire. Mr Mason added: “We are continuing to grow the business by investing around £2.5m on seven new Scania Flexline 312 and recycler tankers, the sales team and infrastructure to support our ambitious five-year growth plans.”
Mr Mason said, since 2012, Subscan’s marketing strategy has been to develop long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
These clients include social housing maintenance providers, Highways England and Network Rail Tier one contractors.
Leeds-based Subscan has also secured work with private and public sector housebuilders.
