Demand sees Thrive add to staff
LEEDS-based Thrive Law, the specialist employment law firm, has hired a new recruit in response to growing demand for its services.
Thrive Law has welcomed employment law paralegal, Sonia Kullar, who is from Huddersfield. She is a law and criminology undergraduate from the University of Leicester.
Ms Kullar first joined Thrive Law as an intern in August 2018. She had previously worked as a solicitors’ representative for her university’s Law Society Committee. She has also collaborated with the British
Red Cross as an immigration and asylum legal intern and case analyst.
Ms Kullar said: “My experience as a legal intern and a case analyst has fuelled my passion to practise law.
“It is rewarding when you help clients achieve justice.
“However, I was drawn to Thrive Law because of its public commitment to promote mental health awareness and wellbeing in the workplace.”
She added: “I could not be prouder to promote a nationally recognised campaign to make mental health first aiders mandatory in the workplace.”
