Roomier version of Alhambra
SEAT’s first all-new Alhambra since the model’s debut in 1995 is arriving in November.
A report will be published soon, but briefly there is a choice from one petrol and two diesel engines, with sixspeed manual gearbox or twin clutch DSG automatic. It is longer and roomier, with seven seats as standard in the UK.
All models are fitted with a self-sealing Continental tyre exclusive to the VW Group. It can “fix” a puncture of up to 5mm. Prices are expected to open at less than £22,000. All versions will have Bluetooth, alloys, triple zone climate control, eight speakers and parking sensors. Emissions are as low as 146g/km, a sector record along with VW’s Sharan from the same factory in Portugal.
