Lots of interest in auction properties
Auction House Manning Stainton is celebrating the success of their second auction.
The sale got off to a flying start with a terrace house on Wyther Park Street, Leeds, guided between £25,000 and £35,000, achieving £65,000.
The success continued with the second lot of the day at 576 King Lane, Alwoodley. Two self contained flats with annexe were guided between £150,000 and £170,000 but achieved £224,000.
David Pank, of Manning Stainton, said: “It is clear from the growing number of attendees that the auction of residential property is set to become more popular.”
