Builder’s holiday offer for buyers

-

BOVIS Homes has created its own stamp duty holiday on its Yorkshire homes.

The Government has called time on its holiday, which ends on March 24, but Bovis is extending it at Holmes Meadow in Selby, The Landings in Hook, Broad Oaks in Hemsworth, Marmaville Manor in Mirfield, Ramsden Clough in Walsden and The Pines and The Elms and Huddersfield.

The housebuilder is offering to pay the stamp duty on homes priced between £125,00 and £250,000 that are reserved from 25 March, as long as the purchase is completed by the end of June.

Meanwhile owner occupiers may be eligible for the company’s Home Exchange scheme. Visit www.bovishomes.co.uk
