New life for Blakeridge Mills

BINKS Developments has planning permission for a regeneration project at Blakeridge Mills, Batley.

The scheme is for a 5,125 sq metre supermarket with 340 car parking spaces, on site petrol station and the conversion of the remaining mills into 181 apartments with a gymnasium and swimming pool.

The supermarket site is all in one ownership and will be offered for sale.

The proceeds will then be used for enabling works to breathe life back into these magnificent buildings.
