Move in ready for Christmas

SHEFFIELD-BASED estate agent Eadon, Lockwood and Riddle is reminding house hunters that there is still time to add a new home to their Christmas wish list.

The agency has launched a “delivered before Christmas” campaign to highlight its chainfree homes for sale.

Managing director Chris Thomson said: “We’ve had an extremely busy time in the last few months as the property market has started to pick up and, although the winter months are traditionally a quieter time for property sales, there is still time to complete on a new home before Christmas. The market has seen a real boost recently and in turn we have seen the number of people looking to move increase.”
