Farm dating back to early 1700s for sale

Settle: Savills has launched the sale of an 18th century farm in Settle, which is on the market for the first time in more than 100 years.

Rome Farm, in Giggleswick, is a productive livestock farm in the Craven District that dates back to the early 1700s, with some wonderful period features found within the farm’s properties and buildings.

It has 350 acres and is available as a whole at a guide price of £3.6m, or in six lots comprising three dwellings and a range of farm buildings. It has been used for equestrian purposes and haylage in recent years.
