New retirement village in Leeds

Luxury: Audley Group, the

UK’s leading provider of luxury retirement villages, has appointed GRAHAM to lead on the construction of Audley Scarcroft Park, its new 110-acre retirement village in North Leeds.

On completion, Scarcroft Lodge, built in 1830, will be home to the Audley Club which will provide property owners and the local community with a restaurant, health spa with hydrotherapy pool, gym and wellness studio.

Audley has an existing retirement village, Audley Clevedon, in Ilkley and is building on its presence in Yorkshire’s Golden Triangle.
