Call for quick action on rental reform

Law: Propertymark says it is concerned that the Government has still not able to confirm a date for the long-awaited Renters’ Reforms White Paper to be published, saying only that it would be published “later this year”.

Timothy Douglas, Policy and Campaigns Manager for Propertymark, said: “These important reforms, which includes a commitment to abolish Section 21 ‘no fault evictions’, has already been delayed and we are concerned with just two years left in this Parliament, time is running out to deliver them.”
