New CITU flats and houses go on sale

Leeds: Leading sustainable developer Citu has launched a new release of homes at the Climate Innovation District, an awardwinning low carbon development on the banks of the River Aire in Leeds city centre.

Central Place features a mix of one and two bedroom apartments alongside three-bedroom river houses and four-bedroom townhouses. Prices start at £198,500 going up to £435,000.

The Aire Loft apartments offer polished concrete floors, layouts maximising natural light, low energy costs and a “less but better” approach creating a pared-back aesthetic.
