Pudsey MP is new housing minister
Politics: The revolving door of housing ministers has spun again.
Stuart Andrew, who is MP for Pudsey, Horsforth and Aireborough, is the latest appointment after a cabinet reshuffle this week.
Originally from Wales, Mr Andrew has served as MP for the constituency since 2010 and he is the 11th housing minister in 12 years.
Before the reshuffle, he held the role of deputy chief whip of the House of Commons and treasurer of HM Household.
Prior to becoming an MP he headed up the fundraising team for the Martin House Hospice.
