Modular house builder is recruiting
Jobs: Ilke Homes has hired Andersen James to help it realise its ambition of becoming one of Yorkshire’s biggest employers.
The firm, which builds modular houses in its factory near Knaresborough, is ramping up recruitment with 500 new roles and has a target for women to account for 20 per cent of its workforce.
They say the goals will be achieved by devising and implementing the first industryleading modern methods of construction apprenticeship scheme. The jobs boost follows two years of rapid growth, which should see ilke become a top ten house builder in the next five years.
