Buyers snap up NuSpace homes

Demand: Blenkin & Co report that all seven houses within Village Farm, a residential development in Bilbrough, have been quickly snapped up due to the location, design and attention to detail.

Sales prices for the properties by Yorkshirebased NuSpace homes ranged from £740,000 to £930,000 and the gardens are by renowned landscape designer Lizzie Tulip.

George Metcalfe of Blenkin & Co says buyers were from York, London, Scotland and also Dubai.
