Permission for 129 new homes

Homes has completed the acquisition of land in Collingham, West Yorkshire for a new homes development.

The site on Leeds Road has received planning permission for 129 homes. As part of the planning permission, the housebuilder will contribute £200,000 to be used for a “transport centric focus” and for flood prevention work.
