Developer offers £3,000 vouchers

Gardens: With the RHS National Gardening Week approaching, developer Linden Homes is offering buyers across its Yorkshire developments up to £3,000 of vouchers to spend on their new garden.

The offer is available on selected plots on developments around the region on reservations made before May 31, 2022.

Sales director Steve Woomble said: “We have long been used to customers’ demands for a large kitchen or energy efficient features but the pandemic has re-focused what is important to some home hunters.”
