New homes will be built in market town

Development: Lovell Partnerships has won planning permission for a new housing development in the East Riding market town of Snaith.

King’s Reach, will consist of plots for the open market in addition to affordable properties through Yorkshire Housing and will be located on the edge of an existing community. Once complete, the development will have 43 properties to the west of Butt Lane with associated infrastructure. The site covers an area of 4.3 acres,
