Good day: Jamie Proctor
Has had to be content with a bitpart role this season, Proctor’s 11 appearances in the Championship including ten from the bench. But his was a finish from the top drawer.
Bad day: Marvin Johnson
Brought on to try and see the game out, the Blades substitute lost possession just inside the Millers’ half when he should have dinked the ball down the line towards the corner flag. Moments later, Rotherham were level.
Key moment: 92nd minute
Johnson’s mistake was compounded by others from Enda Stevens and Oliver Norwood, meaning the Blades had no-one but themselves to blame when the ball broke to Proctor and he duly took advantage.
Ref watch: Peter Bankes
The home fans were not happy at times but he handled the derby well, trying to keep the play moving as much as possible, which made for an entertaining contest.
Rotherham started brightly but then lost their way only to produce a fine second-half display that, but for Dean Henderson, would have been enough to earn three points.
