Things Fell Apart

This new series from journalist and broadcaster Jon Ronson, inset, looks at stories from the culture wars. Ronson always has an interestingly quirky take on things and that is evident again in this series. The themes of episodes so far include a 1980s television evangelist whose crisis of conscience takes her in a strange direction, a “Satanic panic” conspiracy theory and one person’s odd bid for Hollywood fame.
