There are lots of Christmas markets coming up in Yorkshire and many feature work by local designers and makers. Potter Kayti Peschke is one. Kayti, who trades as Here be Monsteras Ceramics, makes wheel-thrown ceramics decorated with brushstrokes to create functional objects. She has just launched some new products, including snug mugs, plates and ramen bowls. Kayti and other makers will be at Mek Summat, Saltaire, today; Festive Open Studios, Fangfoss, York, on December 12; and York Zine Fest, The Crescent, York, on December 18. www. herebemonsteras.com
