A natural addition to any festive plate is traditional Yorkshire pudding. Outside our borders, the debate rages as to whether to include them or not, but within the county it’s compulsory! For pudding, a slice of cheese enjoyed with Christmas cake is also a Yorkshire culinary tradition, dating back to the 1890s.
