New luxury hotel coming to Filey
Filey is a quaint seaside town steeped in history and has been voted as one of Tripadvisor’s top 20 beaches in Europe.
Recently, the town has undergone a transformation, with trendy new bars, restaurants and latest bold new venture, a brand-new luxury boutique hotel.
All Seasons is currently a small fivestar rated guest house, the highest Tripadvisor rated on the North Yorkshire Coast, but things are about to change in a big way at this venue on beautiful Rutland Street.
The owner of All Seasons has bought the next-door Seafields guest house and will invest £250,000 to create a five-star 14-bedroom and suite boutique hotel.
All Seasons and Seafields were formerly one hotel, the biggest in Filey, when British holidays were the norm – something their owner believes is about to undergo a renaissance, hence a total investment of almost £1m in the venture.
He said: “People are now making different choices about where they want to holiday and All Seasons Boutique
Hotel will offer discerning guests a luxury personal experience.
“From the warm welcome, luxury linen, opulent décor, freestanding baths in the suites, smart flat screen televisions, a lovely lounge bar, afternoon tea and picnics, and tasty dinners served by our master chef, every one of our guests will leave feeling happy, relaxed, rejuvenated and very well fed.”
The owner of All Seasons is expecting a bumper year in 2022 as people reject the uncertainty and stress now associated with holidaying abroad – something hardly conducive to that wished-for restfulness and relaxation.
That is exactly what All Seasons will deliver: a relaxing guest experience.
