Ross Hill Shiraz 2019, Jack’s Lot, One More Wine Shop (www.omws.co.uk) £20. One More Wine Shop is a new mail-order venture, based in Northallerton, run by Becky Wilson and Tom Slator. Ross Hill, in the cool hills of Orange, New South Wales was the first Australian winery to be certified carbon neutral. This wine is not your average Aussie Shiraz. It has a clarity that lets each flavour note shine out. Delicious.
