Plant of the week
Narcissus ‘February Gold’: This is one of the most popular of early-flowering daffodils, mainly because it is reliable. Early spring, every year, it should start to produce lovely, golden-yellow blooms on top of one-foottall stems. Like all daffodils, it likes a sunny site and a welldrained soil. Narcissus ‘February Gold’ is probably best for the frost or middle of borders of for naturalising in grass. And, like all daffodils, it prefers to be allowed to die back naturally.
