Disappearance at Clifton Hill

This unsettling thriller is loosely based on the real-life experiences of its writerdirector, Albert Shin. However, it’s Tuppence Middleton who takes the lead role of Abby, a troubled young woman who returns to her hometown of Niagara Falls, Ontario, to take over the rundown motel once operated by her parents. On her arrival, she begins to be haunted by visions of a suspected kidnapping she witnessed during her childhood. Look out too for an eye-catching cameo appearance from cult film-maker David Cronenberg.
