KPMG buys service advisor Nunwood
BIG FOUR accountancy firm KPMG has bought independent consultancy group Nunwood in order to meet growing client demand for advice on customer service.
Nunwood, which has offices in Leeds and London, specialises in customer experience management and counts British Airways and Nationwide among its customers.
It made revenues of £8m last year, advising companies across the retail, telecoms, financial and leisure industries.
KPMG said the acquisition will enable it to offer a full-service programme to clients, from mapping the customer journey to measuring ongoing feedback.
