KPMG buys service advisor Nunwood

BIG FOUR accountanc­y firm KPMG has bought independen­t consultanc­y group Nunwood in order to meet growing client demand for advice on customer service.

Nunwood, which has offices in Leeds and London, specialise­s in customer experience management and counts British Airways and Nationwide among its customers.

It made revenues of £8m last year, advising companies across the retail, telecoms, financial and leisure industries.

KPMG said the acquisitio­n will enable it to offer a full-service programme to clients, from mapping the customer journey to measuring ongoing feedback.
