Truck terror man ‘not mentally ill’

The suspect in the truck attack in Stockholm last month that killed British man Chris Bevington, 41, and three others is not mentally disturbed, according to doctors.

A forensic psychiatry report for the Stockholm District Court, concluded that Uzbek man Rakhmat Akilov, 39, had no serious mental disorder. The failed asylum seeker has pleaded guilty to a terrorist crime.
