Man stabbed after street disturbance

A man was stabbed after a fight in the street in West Yorkshire.

Police were called to the disturbance in Glensdale Street in the East End Park area of Leeds at about 10.20pm on Friday.

The 25-year-old victim suffered two stab wounds and was taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries were not reported to be life-threatening.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said inquiries were ongoing into the attack and appealed for witnesses to call officers on 101.
