Motorcyclist hurt in fence collision

A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries when his bike came off the road and hit a fence.

The crash happened at about 8pm on Friday in Haigh Beck View in the Idle area of Bradford.

West Yorkshire Police said the 45-year-old biker was travelling from the direction of Anlaby Drive and Fairhaven Green at the time of the collision.

Witnesses to the crash or people who saw the bike being ridden beforehand have been asked to contact police.
