Pensioners enjoy tasty treat at pub

YORK: Elderly people and charity volunteers were treated to a Christmas lunch as part of a campaign being run by drinks giant Heineken to tackle social isolation.

The Derwent Arms pub in Osbaldwick, York, served up the meal for pensioners from across the city as well as team members from the local branch of the St Vincent de Paul elderly support charity.
