Outstanding rating for city’s services

LEEDS: Services provided for children and families by the city council have been rated as ‘outstanding’ by a government watchdog.

The glowing report for the council’s children’s social care services by Ofsted comes after those of neighbouring Wakefield and Bradford were rated ‘inadequate’.
