Accountant admits X Factor star fraud

COURT: An accountant has admitted defrauding almost £600,000 from a company set up by X Factor winner James Arthur.

Mark Livermore, 39, of Essex, was a long-term employee of Raff Music Ltd and transferred funds from the company into other bank accounts without the knowledge or permission of Mr Arthur, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard.

He was bailed and will be sentenced on a date yet to be set.
