Wreaths thrown from memorial

CRIME: Police have launched an investigation after around 50 wreaths were thrown from a war memorial.

The vandalism, at the Cenotaph War Memorial in Regent Street, Swindon, is believed to have happened at about 4.30am on Saturday.

Officers discovered wreaths had been thrown on the street.
