Univer­sity rated among ‘health­i­est’

RE­SEARCH: The Univer­sity of York has been named the third health­i­est in the UK in a poll based on stu­dent liv­ing.

The re­search, from web­site Mys­tu­den­thalls.com, has ranked in­sti­tu­tions based on ac­cess to ameni­ties, as well as how unions cater for well­be­ing. The Univer­sity of Not­ting­ham was rated top, fol­lowed by Ed­in­burgh.

It comes after a sur­vey which was re­leased by the NUS that found one in five stu­dents now iden­ti­fied as tee­to­tal, con­tin­u­ing a shift to­wards healthy liv­ing for univer­sity stu­dents.
