Praise for hospital care

AT the age of 92, I have recently returned home from hospital where, after a short stay in Pinderfields, I was taken to Dewsbury.

My home town hospital has had its ups and downs over the years but I wish it to be known that my recent stay was absolutely splendid.

I had care and help from the nursing staff who cared for me and the food was splendid. Three courses for most meals and they were varied and enjoyable.

So thank you to the nursing staff and, of course, to the NHS.
