Serial killer ‘raped foreign woman’

CYPRUS: A man who has confessed to killing seven foreign women and girls is being investigated on additional charges of raping a foreign woman, police have said.

Criminal Investigation Department chief Neophytos Shailos told a Nicosia court that the 35-year-old army captain raped the woman in his car near Nicosia in early 2017 and had videoed the rape on his phone.
