Businessmanloses legal fight over girl

COURTS: A Maltese businessman whose marriage broke down after a “whirlwind romance” has lost a High Court fight with his estranged English wife over where their daughter should live.

His wife had flown to London with the girl, who is now two. He asked a judge in London to order the youngster’s return to Malta.

But a judge said the girl – whose identity is not revealed – should reside in England.
