‘No evidence’ of third party

-

DETECTIVE CONSTABLE Graeme Jones, of Humberside Police, told the inquest there was no evidence of any third party involvement in Russell Bohling’s disappearance.

The police officer said officers had carried out extensive inquiries to find any trace of Mr Bohling on CCTV along the route to Bempton, but this had drawn blank.

Officers also carried out inquires at addresses found on Mr Bohling’s sat nav, but to no avail.

DC Jones said: “The general theory is Russell had gone to Bempton to take his own life or he may have been walking along the edge and fallen.”
