Hudson Quarter reaches ‘topping out’

CONSTRUCTION: Hudson Quarter’s highest beam has now been put in place, reaching the traditional ‘topping out’ of the major office and residential development.

The Hudson Quarter, next to the city walls in York, is on schedule for completion, with contractors having been on site for nine months.

The Palace Capital-owned site will see 127 luxury apartments, 35,000 sq ft of office and commercial space. It is due to complete by the end of 2021.
