Pair held in Syria terrorism probe

POLICE: A man and a woman have been arrested in Kent on suspicion of Syria-related terrorism offences.

Detectives from the West Midlands counter terrorism unit detained the pair in Dover on Saturday. The man, 32, and the woman, 31, were arrested on suspicion of preparing to commit terrorism offences.
