Police board plane over ‘safety issue’

GATWICK: EasyJet has confirmed that police boarded one of its flights at Gatwick Airport due to a “safety-related issue”.

The airline said a flight which arrived from Krakow in Poland was met by police as it landed on Saturday. However, no details have been disclosed about the safety concerns.
