Councillor’s walk with the blind

YORK: A councillor will walk with blind and partially sighted people from the city to experience the issues street furniture outside cafes and restaurants poses for disabled people.

York Sight Loss Council, which advocates for the needs of blind people in the city, invited councillor Andy D’Agorne, executive member for transport, and City of York Council officials to join them today.
