Hindenberg Radio 4 Extra, 3pm Siân Phillips celebrates her 90th birthday today, and to mark the moment, we’re getting another chance to hear this drama, which was originally broadcast in 2009. Phillips plays Helen, a reclusive former photograph­er living in exile in New York. She has spent years hiding the fact she was in Germany prior to the Hindenberg disaster, and now the truth about her complicate­d past is about to be revealed. Fenella Woolgar co-stars.
